When we begin a search we apply active recruiting techniques to find candidates. The most desirable candidates are typically already employed and valued by their current company. Therefore these candidates are more challenging to find and will not respond to passive recruiting techniques, such as job board postings. We are on the phone from the get-go, leveraging our connections and extensive database to find out who the best candidates are. When we find a seemingly ideal candidate we present the opportunity to them in detail and determine their level of interest; we also confirm their qualifications and thoroughly check references. We will only present you with candidates who meet the requirements of the position and the company culture and have expressed a genuine interest in that particular opportunity.
We are involved throughout the entire process, from submission to acceptance.
